HomeyFun Foods Limited is a new food processing company in Lagos. Homeyfun Foods is a proud producer of Homies Ice Cream which currently comes in 3 different flavours. As a Brand, Homeyfun Foods is focused on extending its reach across Nigeria and even abroad.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Ayobo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Generating leads
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Maintaining client records.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

Requirements / Qualifications

• OND, HND or BSc in any discipline.
• Female candidates only
• Candidates with previous work experience in an FMCG related business will be an added advantage
• Understanding sales processes and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to resume immediately.
• Applicant residing around Ayobo Ipaja, Alimosho LGA Lagos will be an added advantage.

Salary
Attractive remuneration plus commission
