Job Title: Night Drilling Supervisor
Location: Rig
Job Type: Contract
Job Description
- Supervise the all drilling/workover/testing/completion operation and ensure they are in accordance with the program.
- Supervise the service contractors/sub-contractors working for the company.
- Plan ahead to determine future requirements for drilling equipment and consumables.
- Discuss program changes with the Day Drilling Supervisor.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., production) to discuss and schedule concurrent operations.
Requirements
- High School Education (minimum).
- Possession of a degree is an advantage.
- Attended industry courses in well engineering, well operations management, project management.
- Experience 15 years Age 35 years (minimum).
- Good technical knowledge of wellsite supervision.
- Initiative to proffer solutions to technical problems.
- Sound knowledge of IADC/API guidelines for well operations.
- Able to supervise subordinates and lead team to achieve results.
- Good interpersonal skills, communications and organizational skills are essential.
