Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Testing and sampling products, ensuring they meet set standards and specifications
• Ensuring safety procedures and processes are completely complied with
• Develop and document all company standard operating procedures
• Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress
• Identifyand sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
• Develop strategies to improve the production process
• Developing quality control policies and standards
• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Prepare and ensure all documentation for regulatory audit

Qualification / Skills Required

• A Degree in Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years working experience
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Experience with Quality Assurance Management in FMCG Required
• Certification program.
