We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource and Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and selection processes
- Assist in the coordination of new hire orientation and onboarding
- Update company policy and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes
- Respond to internal and external requests or inquiries
- Assist with learning and development activities
- Payroll data collection and processing
- Update employee data, and maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day activities of the department
- Prepare reports on human resources operations or activities
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Vendors management
- Perform all assigned administrative duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with human resource operations and processes.
- Excellent time management skills,
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Effective people management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
