Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Locations: Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Iba, Alaba International, Ojo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution
- Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND
- 0 - 2 years relevant experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Applicants should reside in Festac/Amuwo and Iba.
