Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Nationwide
Responsibilities
- Developing productive long-term relationships with key customers
- Creating and implement long term growth strategies with the key customers
- Act as a main contact for existing and new customers
- Reaching sales targets across all key accounts nationwide
- Implementing a national sales strategy across key accounts
- Preparing volume forecasts and plans
- Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts
- Develop in-store visibility plans and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
- Initiate & develop annual marketing/promotion plans across key accounts nationwide.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or relevant course
- 7 years’ experience in FMCG Sales
- 2 years’ experience in Modern Trade Sales
- 2 years’ experience in Key Account Sales
- Sales history in food/beverage/confectionery is a plus
- Track record of working relationships with top Nigerian Key Accounts: Shoprite, Market Square, Spar, Justrite, etc.
- Detail oriented with the ability to generate and analyse reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven team management and people-management skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word
- Sales and goal-oriented personality
- Self-driven and accountable.
