- Senior HR Advisor - EXPAT - Nigeria - NETT Salary with 7 weeks on - 3 weeks off rotation - Oil and Gas Service Company.

Roles
As Senior HR advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing internal recruitment to help coordinate group related recruitment activities
- Design and develop key development programmes for high potential employees and management programmes
- Ensure the recruitment process is consistent across the group
- Advise management on key HR policies
- Support the development of compensation and benefits analysis
- Look into reward schemes
Qualifications
The Senior HR Advisor will:
- Be degree qualified or equivalent
- CIPD or equivalent in HR
- Experience of managing others
- It is essential to have experience in an international setting
- Oil and Gas experience is not essential but may prove advantageous
