Job Title: Camp Boss
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Supervise catering operations and crew to ensure compliance with company standards of service at both offshore and onshore locations.
- Preparation of daily food cost returns.
- Undertake Inventory and stock control.
- Ensure good customer relations and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Catering & Hotel Management or related discipline.
- Possession of Basic First aid, Firefighting, HUET or BOSIET training certificates will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the catering industry, preferably Offshore.
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Daily food cost returns, and Inventory and stock control.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership and Interpersonal skill.
