Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales teamby acting as technical expert during product presentations.
- Complete and design solution documents, including process flows.
- Serve as a pre-sales resource by supporting the primary sales representative in the discovery process, evaluating business needs to identify the appropriate value position to win the opportunity.
- Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements for the development of designs and solutions.
- Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation once contracts have been awarded.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Act as an engineering resource by providing product education, technical assistance, and after sales support.
Requirements
- An Engineering Degree.
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Positive, service-oriented personality
- Good interpersonal abilities.
Remuneration
N40,000 Monthly plus commission on sales.
