Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose / Objectives
- Lead all plant operations of plant and terminal
Responsibilities
- Implement safe and efficient Production and support operations at site
- Lead ops teams: Production Planning & Analysis, Production Shifts, Power Plant Operations, Terminal Operations, Lab, Training and Competence Management
- Special focus on development / review of operating procedures, operating envelopes, manual of normally permitted operations, permit to work, production planning / integrated activity planning, staffing of shits
- Lead and champion safe operations at site
- Lead continuous improvement of production, equipment reliability, and operations safety at site
- Support nationalization of staff and be focal point for nationalization and competence management program for operations department
- Interface with other departments in GV
Education and Skills Requirements
- At least B.Eng Degree or equivalent
- 20 years oil and gas operations experience
- Gas plant production operations and cryo operations is must, LNG preferred
- Safety first mentality.
