Job Title: Relationship Officer

Locations: Agbara and Ikeja - Lagos and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Maintain sales in assigned territory
• Ensure all terminals under your purview are active
• Drive transactions volumes on the territory
• Provide first level support (enquiries, complaints, dispute resolution etc.) to the agents / aggregators ensuring their issues get resolved.
• Ensure profiling of territory
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Marketing or a related field
• 3 - 5 Years work experience in marketing and sales
• demonstrable evidence of consistently meeting sales targets.
• Detailed and target oriented
• Good team spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
