Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant course
• MBA is a plus
• 10 years’ experience in FMCG Sales
• 5 years’ experience in Modern Trade Sales
• 5 years’ experience in Senior Management sales positions
• Sales experience in confectionery is a plus
• Track record of working relationships with top Nigerian Key Accounts: Shoprite, Market Square, Spar, JustRite, etc.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of the business’ product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
• Ability to create sales plans, route plans and periodic targets – and actively monitor progress.
• Detail oriented with the ability to generate and analyse reports
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven team management and people-management skills
• Sales and goal-oriented personality
• Self-driven and accountable
• Deep understanding of the business’s marketplace models as well as the opportunities and limitations that come along with it.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
