We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Utility Worker

Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipment.
• Maintain the upkeep of company facilities, repairbroken equipment, inspect finished projects, and comply with state health and safety regulations.
• Replacing light fittings and broken globes
• Ensuring the safe handling and storage of volatile materials
• Run errands for the company and staff, e.g., bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and delivering packages, etc.
• Purchase office supplies, groceries, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2-4 years work experience
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Good verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
