- Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
- Act and communicate proactively, keeping customers informed.
- Address root causes and seek continuous improvements in our processes.
- Closely Work with other functions, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: BSc
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 0 to 2 years
- Good use of English and fluency.
- Customer centricity is a key requirement.
- Take full responsibility for following up with clients
- Location: Candidates must reside within Lagos Island.
