PC Recruit Nigeria - Our client, an Engineering company in Ajah, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Supervisor
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Duties
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Service and repair of all Machinery, Vehicles and Tools.
- Participate in coordinating of projects (e.g. Supply)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role.
Remuneration
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
