PG Consulting Limited - Our client, a cash loaning company that offers short-term financial services, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Executive - Female

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

Qualification

• B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field, any Hr. Certification will be an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
