Our client has identified fresh opportunity to leverage our deep digital technology partnership, experiences within vertical sectors of Energy & Utilities, Defense Electronics, Agriculture to make an entry into the Financial Technology (FinTech) market. The short to medium term objective is to operate payment platforms / agency banking before transitioning to an Islamic digital bank providing gateway solutions, Takafful insurance, issuing house, trusteeship, etc.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description

• Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager, who is also a subject matter expert in the FinTech space as well as Project Management skill to drive execution of this vision into a successful enterprise.

Qualifications

• A good Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the FinTech industry.
• Strong familiarity with New Technologies in FinTech like Blockchain, machine learning/artificial intelligence, predictive behavioral analytics, and data-driven marketing
• Must have demonstrated and quantifiable success in selling to senior level executives, key decision makers and influencers within the Financial Services Industry.
• Demonstrable track record in delivering highly innovative projects in the agile, complex fintech business environment.
• Highly creative and analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
• Demonstrate Sales Operations experience of managing new bids, coordinating winning response to proposals.
