Converge Global Concept Technologies Limited is a technology services organization that specializes in the deployment of mission-critical technology systems, solutions and services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Entry Level IT Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Purpose

• The Entry Level IT Engineer will be primarily responsible for shadowing the IT Engineers so as to gain a solid grasp of what they do, which cuts across local support, Networking, App configurations, IT operations, amongst others.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Understand Networking concepts.
• Understand basics Application development concepts.
• Providing technical support to customers and employees.
• Documenting work and creating technical reports for customers.
• Creating accurate project specifications.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
• Communicating with clients about analysis result.
• Facilitate training for clients’ staff to enhance their skills on IT solutions deployed.
• Make recommendations to clients on strategies necessary for enhanced IT operations.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: B.Sc., B.Eng. or B.Tech. in Information Management Technology, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of second-class upper division.
• Required Knowledge: Good Proficiency level of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the IT solutions.
• Experience Required: 0 - 1 year experience as an IT Engineer.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Business relationship management capabilities.
• Good technical skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
