Responsibilities
- Handle the analyses of mobile money business, electronic top-up, payment gateways, billing and intelligent network (IN) domain.
- Interact closely with telcos, marketing, mobile money operator’s personnel and executives to probe, identify and define the best mobile money solution and technical requirements into specific system, application, and process designs.
- Prepare technical proposals and provide functional consultancy at delivery stage.
- Regular reporting of transaction data for analytics so as to better monitor the mobile money business performance.
Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science and any other related field.
- Relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4-7 years experience in handling of mobile money billing and payments.
- BSS Solution architecture experience either with billing or IN product vendors or Mobile Money vendors or Telcos VAS Application is a definite plus.
- Good knowledge of intelligent Network (IN) concepts.
- Good understanding of electronic top-up system concepts, payment & banking gateway solutions, rating & billing flexibilities vouchers.
- Good knowledge of banking/financial reconciliation and settlement
- Good knowledge of secure transaction handling, webserver/portal security, web security protocols, ISO8583, PCI DSS etc.
- Good understanding at 3GPP Standards, eTOM framework and SID data model.
