Responsibilities
- Develop processes and procedural guidelines, SLA and MOU to guide all stakeholders appropriately in executing their duties.
- Provide operational requirement and support to mobile money agent to perform as per target.
- Provide status reports and success metrics for communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure mobile money agent documentations are organized, stored, and managed in central repository for transparency, easy access, and sustainability during resource transitions and future internal audits.
- Ensure that daily reconciliation of all Mobile money transactions for any specific organizations and partners are done and signed by all stakeholders before close of business.
- Work with the mobile money operators to ensure that Agents get their commissions and incentive on time as agreed.
Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field.
Experience
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in retail/consumer financial services/payment services organizations.
- Good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and experience in implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Experience in evaluating and/or implementing compliance, processes and relevant best practices.
