Requirements
- A mature commercial law graduate having a minimum of 5 years post law school experience with an analytical mind to develop and prepare concise legal opinions and reports on oil and gas transactions, policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, leases and other legal documents.
- Perform research and analysis of legal problems and issues.
- Experience in mergers and acquisition will be an added advantage.
