Job Title: HR / Admin Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Maintain and update all staff personnel files
- Developclear policies and ensurepolicy awareness
- Organizetrainingfor staff.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Oversee payroll functions.
- Maintain staff movement tracker/staff attendance register.
- Knowledge of employment laws, legal codes, court procedures, and government regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field from any recognized institution
- Experience: 1-2 years experience in HR and Admin functions.
- Candidate should live in Surulere and its environs
- Competency in the usage of Microsoft applications including word excel and presentation
- Experience in conflict resolutions and workforce investigations
