Job Title: Customer Care Service Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is urgently needs an experienced candidate with good fashion sense to employ as a customer care service. Applicants must be living within the Island and must be able to operate computer very well.

Duties

• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues.
• Collect copays and deductible payments.
• Maintain and update customer and referral information.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.

Salary
N120,000 - 150,000 monthly
