Co-matrix Collection Service Limited is a professional loan recovery agency in Nigeria. We work with different financial institutions in order to help them get back their overdue loans in a professional and ethical manner.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collection Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The collection officer will work from the Office
• The collection officer will contact debtors by calling them, send SMS (BULK SMS), Whatsapp chats, etc. to reach an agreement on their repayment date and we follow up appropriately.
• The collection officer will use knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solution to settling debt issues of customers who are not willing to make their payments anymore.
• The collection officer will minimize customers response time by issuing reminder notification via SMS, WhatsApp messages, to remind them to make payment and monitor collection of debts in a timely manner.
• The collection officer will advise customers on their various payment options.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 5 years work experience.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
