Job Summary

  • Our Client is looking to Hire Head of Sales.
  • She must be highly sociable, have a knack for motivating others to meet goals in a sales enviroment, is optimistic,an excellent leader, should be able to build cohesive sales team.
  • She must demostrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work on sales script with agents
  • Set individual sales target with sales team
  • Develop a sale strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues.
  • Track, collate and interprete sales figures and reporting.
  • control expenses and monitor budgets
  • maintain client relationships
  • stay informed on Real Estate industry.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years proven experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • proven organisational and planning ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to think strategically, understand the real Estate industry, and have a managers mindset
