Job Role

• This role will assist Executive leadership in developing Strategy, ensuring the Business Development and the Performance of all businesses.
• The role will ensure effective data management, and coordination of organizational wide operational work plan development and delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• MBA with major focus in strategic development or Management or Business Analytics is a must for this role.
• Knowledge and ability to design Performance Management matrix and its monitoring’
• Ability to gather and analyze and interpret data
• Minimum of 10 years work experience with 4 years in Senior Management level
• Management experience must be in similar role.
