Job Title: Elite Wifi Sales Officer

Job Purpose

  • As an Elite WiFi sales officer, you are responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned product line and territories.
  • You would be responsible for generating new sales for eStream Networks Elite WiFi, through direct interaction with leads and interested prospects within your assigned territory, you will also be the face of eStream Network in the assigned area or locations where you report.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Your primary responsibility is to maximum sales and profitability by meeting and surpassing assigned sales targets in the designated territory and product line.
  • Strategic Insight:
  • Identify to the head of elite wifi sales, potential estates within your territory that can be captured solely by eStream as sole internet provider.
  • Identify other sales opportunities to upsell eStream products and services.

Technical / Analysis and Problem Solving:

  • Escalate any issue to your line manager that may potentially hinder the sale of the product within your assigned territory.

Interpersonal, Relationship Management & Collaboration:

  • Liaise with locals within the assigned community to foster positive relationship between the community and eStream Networks.

Communication:

  • Provide timely customer feedback to the business through your line manager for effective product management.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure all time customer satisfaction, making sure all customer issues are sent for resolution in the quickest time, and ensuring all surveys and installation are done on time as per standard SLA with the customer.
