A Fintech Startup company in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Thrift Collection Marketer (Full-Time)

Location: Ojodu - Berger, Lagos
Office Hours: Mondays - Fridays (9.30 am - 6.00 pm daily)

Job Summary

• We are hire a Field Thrift Collection Marketer, for a full-time role. The Marketer is responsible for giving sales presentations of products to a range of prospective customers.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting the company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payments while all ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• The role requires that the thrift collector goes around every day to introduce our products and onboard new customers.

Job Description

• Expand the clientele base and get new customers to save, using the app.
• Collect savings from customers who are not computer savvy.
• Make bank deposit for physical cash received
• Build long-lasting client relationships within assigned territory
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training as required
• Feedback on tasks and activities to Area Manager on daily basis using provided templates
• Schedule/ attend visits or meetings with clients within your sales territory as required
• Increase business opportunities through the recommendation of new routes to market
• Communicate regularly with customers to inform them about new offers, special promotions, etc.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and deliver presentations if required.

Qualification and Experience

• Average of 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Marketer
• NCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 24 years old and above
• Must reside around Berger/Ogba Axis
