Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Receive incoming mails, acknowledge and stamp
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Responsible for the Management of the front desk and all equipment
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Report any front desk maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all
- furniture, fittings and equipment
- Perform other related duties as required

- Good written and verbal communication skills- English
