Job Title: Inventory / Stock Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming goods and issue out materials for use
• Reconcile purchase order with invoices and supply
• Maintain accurate inventory records and records of issuance of goods from the stockroom
• Prepare purchase order (PO) using ERP
• Prepare warehouse receipts on ERP.
• Maintain and update records of use of items/material on ERP
• Partake in the annual stock count
• Perform any other functions requested by the Yard Stock Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years experience as stock/Inventory/admin Officer is a MUST
• Candidate should have previous experience in the construction industry, be detail oriented, organized and time conscious.
• Candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft excel. Previous experience of operating an ERP software will be an added advantage.
