- Oversees the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of new Staffs
- Consult with top executives on Strategic Planning
- Serve as a link between an organization's management and it employees
- Create a performance management structure amd improvement systems
- Employee on boarding, development, reassessment and training.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience in managing people.
