Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • The Assistant Marketing Manager will helpin managing and directing the day-to-day activities, and other operations to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Support through a variety of tasks related to the organization and communication.
  • Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all official duties of the company are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Business work (Understand business Objectives and Design).
  • Develop Content with Excellent Writing skills.
  • Develop weekly articulate content for the organisation.
  • Carry out Research periodically (general research) to develop Project/Business Plans.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office User (Advance).
  • Good presenter (PowerPoint and other presentation).
  • Excellent Organiser and Planner.
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing Knowledge.
  • Information Technology Knowledge High-Level
  • High Level Tolerance and Excellent persrelationshipsnship (Strong interpersonal skill).
  • Passionate and dedicated to assist in promoting business towards increasing Sales, Profit and Revenue.
  • Support the general operations of the company, such as Property viewing and inspections.
  • Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn (Attention to detail and problem-solving skills).
  • Must be punctual.
  • Must be highly intelligent and efficient.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Estate Management or any other related courses
  • Must have 4 to 5 years in real estate or any related organization.
  • Great insight into the Real Estate business.
  • Must live in Port Harcourt(Rivers State) or Uyo (Akwa-Ibom State) or willing to relocate
  • Will be in charge of Assisting the Marketing Manager of the branch.
  • The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
