We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Marketing
Report To: General Manager
Industry: Media

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

  • Running social media campaigns.
  • Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether all social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to develop social media marketing campaigns.
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
  • Analyzing social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing PR Strategies to be utilized on social media

Requirements

  • Entry Level: minimum of 1 year in social media management or similar role.
  • Expert: minimum of 2 to 3 years in social media management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
