We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk & Billing Officer

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer service or related role with direct engagement with customers.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Sheets, Slides, and Forms packages.
• Must be willing to work Mondays - Fridays (with alternate Saturdays).
• Must be resident in Abuja and be comfortable commuting to work in Gwarimpa.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
