We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Project manager is a senior Position and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities
The job roles and responsibilities of the project includes but not limited to the following:

• Managing construction bids
• Supervising all Site Engineers
• Creating construction schedules to avoid project delay
• Planning and monitoring project budget to ensure that the projects run on budgeted costs
• Hiring and managing the workforce
• Finding and managing subcontractors
• Managing equipment and materials
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Keeping clients and your boss on the loop
• Manage risks

Requirements

• This candidate must have strong personality, leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, communication skills and Emotionally balanced
• The prefered candidate should be an Engineer / Builder with vast experience.
• Minimum of 13 years experience.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
