Oyeth Consulting Limited - Our client, who is into the production, processing and packaging of Food Spices, Flour, ChinChin, Bread, Water, Zobo and other food and drinks items, and located in Ogombo Road, Eti-Osa LGA, Ajah, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Overview

• Are you enthusiastic about work in a food and drinks factory? Do you have experience in providing administrative supports in a food production and packaging business and can maintain high standards at all times? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsisbilities
You’ll be Great if:

• You are accountable for the smooth operation of the office support work and related systems
• You can follow up on payment due, maintain inventory counts
• You are able to record and reconcile inventory, deliveries, shipment, and invoice payment
• You are highly organized, genuinely resourceful and resilient
• You can respond to clients enquires and complaints
• You can control and manage stock and handling the dispatch of documents
• You are passionate about doing your job diligently and delivering outstanding output
• You can perform any other task as may be assigned by the manager

The Person

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc or its equivalent
• At least 1+ years’ experience working in related role
• PC literate with good Microsoft Excel skills
• Hardworking and trustworthy

Skills Required:

• Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Good work ethics with good customer service skills
• Flexibility, problem-solving with ability to multi-task

• Salary range – N50,000 – N80,000 per month depending on years of experience
