Owens and Xley Consults - Our client, a Luxury Interior Architectural company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager (Trainee)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with site supervisors to identify and resolve issues
• Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
• Periodically report the status of the project to internal stakeholders
• Promptly escalate project activities/tasks that are behind
• Manage materials and labour costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines

Requirements

• Must have worked as a site supervisor and has Interest in developing his or her Career in project management
• Degree in Architecture or any related field
• Young graduate architects
• 0-1 year experience

Remuneration

• Paid internship / traineeship
