Platform Finance Compnay is a newly estaeblished fintech with its offivce located in Victoria Island Lagos, and RC number:1940921. We hope to begin operations fully in November, and hence the reason for the Job post. I will be posting job adssensequently for the company so as to ensure they have the neccessary man power to resume work and start operationsfully on the 1st of November 2022.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Care Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Politely greet and welcome clients.
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls, enquiries as well as resolve complaints.
- Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc).
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
- 3-5 years proven experience as front desk or customer care representative, in a fintech.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proximity to the Island is an added advantage.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
