Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2nd class upper
• COREN registered
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in positions related to tendering, project management, supervision of construction & installation works of building mechanical services, etc.
• Tender documents preparations to include BOQs Preparation.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements including HSE, QAQC, NIPEX, DPR, ITF, Insurance, and NSITF among others.
• In-depth knowledge of codes and standard for designing building mechanical services skills and abilities
• Highly proficient in the use of the following: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, PDMS Software.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
