Job Title: Technical Service Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a technician who can handle their technical services.
- This individual should be able to understand customer needs and also maintain a close relationship with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Agreed Tyre Inspection targets and outcomes within the scheduled time frame
- Co-ordinate with the sales team and other departments
- Conduct Technical activities, reports being sent well in the time frame
- Understand the customer needs, identify the pain area and add on sales
- Potential to work on competitor activities
- Highly motivated and should be a self-starter with result oriented
- Excellent communication, and negotiation skills in technical aspects
- Prioritizing time management and should have truck familiarization
- Should be good at Relationship management and Fleet management
Competencies / Skills / Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree
- 2 + Years in Service
- From Relative industries: - Tires, Fleets, Construction, OEM’s
- Should be able to speak English and Local Languages.
