We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Managing Director
• Drawing urgent production matters to theattentionof the MD, creating filing systems.
• Co-ordinate a complex, ever changing/heavily committed diary to ensure effective planning and prioritisation.
• Distribute and follow-up action points on production related matters and others.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Management Sciences or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
