Value Seeds Limited is an indigenous crop seed production solution and development Company incorporated in 2009.  The Company is engaged in seed research, multiplication, processing and distribution of hybrids and seeds of improved varieties. We are focused on increasing farmers’ yields, nutrition and livelihood.  Our products offerings are two-fold: field crops and vegetables with technology dissemination. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor

Location: Kaduna

Job Summary

• The job holder will be responsible for monitoring the activities and progress of the project, checking data quality with partners, assisting in generating, documenting, and disseminating project-related knowledge, and support in quality control and check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project outputs.
• Design and Strengthen monitoring and evaluation plan and procedures.
• Develop the M&E data collection and processing methods.
• Ensure smooth M&E data collection and analysis.
• Prepare, validate and send monthly data to supported partners
• Take charge of project progress reporting, project mid-term review, and final evaluation.
• Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. Provide advice to the supervisor on improving project performance using M&E findings.
• Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyze and aggregate findings
• Take the lead in the preparation and facilitation of knowledge exchange for the project

Communication:

• Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.
• Write/edit narratives on project achievements, success stories, etc.
• Document relevant experiences, lessons learned, and best practices:
• Maintain the project’s information and documentation system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder and well-grounded in Social Science
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2-5 years.
