Kyosk Digital Services limited is a tech-led platform that connects informal retailers who retail in kiosks and other similar retail outlets directly to fast-moving consumer goods companies (FMCGs) by communicating demand from retail outlets directly to FMCGs and their distributors and managing the delivery of the goods to the kiosks.

Our digital ordering and delivery platform – Kyosk, ensures that these retail outlets get access to stock at competitive prices and have them delivered directly to them. FMCGs find the traditional distribution chain to be inadequate as well, making it expensive for them to serve kiosk-type retail outlets, leading to high incidences of product stock-outs and lost sales opportunities. By providing FMCGs with good data visibility, we solve this major problem of theirs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Revenue Assurance Intern

Location: Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

About the Job 

  • We are looking to hire youth corpers/interns who have a degree in finance, accounting, business administration or any accounting related field. The role is a 6months renewable contract.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of daily invoices.
  • Timely confirmation of daily payment in the bank statement.
  • Perform reconciliation of account receivable and payable.
  • Report on daily revenue reconciliation.
  • Escalation of any pending reconciliation.
  • Perform any other assigned duty.
  • Work in compliance with company accounting standard and guidelines.
  • Use software application for company accounting operation.
  • Identify and resolve outstanding balances monthly.
  • Perform record keeping of all financial operation.
  • Create and distribute monthly invoices based on contract and reporting data.
  • Review and interpret contracts for proper billing terms and assist in management aspects of the revenue process.

Requirements  

  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Prefarably Youth corpers.
  • Proximity to Ajah, Iganmu, Ikeja, Okota and Bodija is an advantage
  • Knowledge about MS office, excel-Advance excel a plus.
  • Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Must be highly organized and able to deal with a high volume of data
  • Able to work proactively and independently with a team in a fast-paced environment.
