We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The purpose of the job is to ensure prompt and proper bank reconciliation and remittance of all statutory deductions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements for all the company’s banks
• Intercompany and branch account reconciliation.
• Preparation and remittance of VAT, WHT, Pension, etc.
• Preparation of monthly management account.
• Reconciliation of ledger account.
• Posting of journals, invoices and stock reconciliation.
• Liaising with statutory authorities.
• Liaise with external auditors during audit.
• Daily posting of entries into Zoho.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Prefessional qualification will be an adavantage.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
