Job Title: Returns Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilites

• The Return Manager should possess a B2B or B2C Industry experience, and would be responsible for returns on all orders, Investigate and resolve inconsistencies, the Returns Manager will be responsible for the entire return process.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. relevant discipline
• 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS excel (minimum of intermediate).
