We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Owo, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To monitor day-to-day operations and identify problem areas and take corrective actions, ensuring annual target plantings / harvests are met.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure proper monitoring systems are implemented for all tending activities like general tractor work, spraying, weeding, pruning, harvesting, slashing, plantation protection (fire/disease) and other farming practices for the plantation.
• To liaise with the plantation management team on management of scheduling, regular pest and disease inspections, leaf and soil tests for plant nutrition and appropriate maintenance of equipment
• To manage the strategy, conceptualization and implementation of projects
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans
• To implement strategies, review and set triggers to ensure KPIs and objectives are met in respective divisions.
• To orchestrate overall activities in terms of cost planning, inventory control and resource utilization.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to identify, resolve and manage operational issues and challenges to achieve business objectives.
• Support the top management team in ensuring smooth running of the business operational activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Agriculture with 5-15 years work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 / Month.
