We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan Strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
• Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified.
• Define product strategies and road maps.
• Assist in implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation and consumer insight development.
• Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
• Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
• Undertake package development strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication or related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in branding, corporate communications, advertising, marketing or media buying.
• Proven experience in managing a brand (Knowledge in the manufacturing sector would be an added advantage).
• Must have solid understanding of consumer insights and needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
