Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently evaluate the business procedures and systems according to business objectives, give reports and recommendations on improvement
• Liase with senior management of the company to make  stragetic business decisions that will further improve operational activities and impact strategic goals
• Monitor and improve existing  day to day business activities  for efficient and smooth business operations
• Provide constructive feedback from the supervision of all operational staff, restaurant, customer service, bakery e.t.c.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• 4 - 5 years work delivery experience
• Managerial experience is required
• Experience in the culinary or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent planning and organization skill is highly required.
