Job Title: Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety, and Quality Management or any relevant field of study from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 10 years related QHSE management experience
- Minimum of 7 years cognate relevant work experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or Maritime in a similar senior role.
- Knowledge of all aspects of marine safety laws, federal regulations and environmental laws.
- Vast in OSHAS 18001,
- HSE management system and HSE procedures.
- Must have NEBOSH or other recognized Quality and Health certification.
- ISM Codes certification is relevant
- Good knowledge of the International Maritime Organisation
- Vast knowledge of Industrial and Occupational safety
- Must have lead auditor ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, ISO 45001:2018.
- Occupational Health and Safety Management, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management
- Team leadership abilities to keep control of all parties involved in terminal, vessels and security operations.
- Vast knowledge of root cause analysis, non-conformance, Corrective/Preventive Action (RCA, NCR and CAPA).
