Job Title: Site Administrator

Location: Abuja

Job Brief

  • An experienced Site Administrator with a broad knowledge in site management is needed for immediate employment.

Duties

  • Maintaining and updating information and records.
  • Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
  • Supporting/recording, scheduling visits and meetings.
  • Office management, ordering supplies and general clerical duties.
  • Dealing with queries, complaints and process requests from cients.
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly report.
  • Liaising with clients.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidates should have the following skills and qualification:

  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction.
  • General administration experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Attention to details.
