Job Brief
- An experienced Site Administrator with a broad knowledge in site management is needed for immediate employment.
Duties
- Maintaining and updating information and records.
- Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
- Supporting/recording, scheduling visits and meetings.
- Office management, ordering supplies and general clerical duties.
- Dealing with queries, complaints and process requests from cients.
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly report.
- Liaising with clients.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidates should have the following skills and qualification:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction.
- General administration experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Organisational skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to details.
